The decision to replace the worn-out lawn, affected by both water restrictions and the relentless digging of crows drawn by chafer beetles, led to the introduction of a vibrant flowering meadow.

Embracing a gradual, low-impact approach, the transformation involved creating strategic openings in the existing lawn, incorporating yellow rattle to diminish grass growth, and enriching the landscape with delicate flowering perennials and geophytes to ensure a dynamic and evolving visual appeal.
